A major key to professional success.
Fresh Look Cleaning Service became from one’s man’s dream to start his own business. It was 1995 and he’s name is Richard Wetmore and he started Fresh Look Cleaning Service from his home with a van, mop, bucket of cleaning supplies, a vacuum cleaner, and a carpet cleaner. There were some that said that he would never make it and others that just said, “You’re going to do What”. But Richard had the most important things to make his dream come true. He has the will, drive, honesty, and the personality to make his dream come true.
He started slowly with a house here and a business there. As Fresh Look Cleaning Service started to grow in Champaign, Urbana, and Mahomet people realized that Richard loved what he was doing. He shows respect to all his customers and their employees and families, and most of all to their homes, and businesses. As the years moved on so did Richard, cleaning several big businesses in Champaign and Urbana, some of which, he still has today.
Then in 2002, Richard met Michelle. He saw in her that she has the same important things to make dreams come true. And so, they worked together building Fresh Look Cleaning Service by hiring employees and getting a shop to work out of. Richard and Michelle wanted to be the Best cleaning not really the biggest cleaning service.
In 2004 Fresh Look Cleaning Service expanded from Richards house to a shop in Champaign where the business expanded tremendously with house accounts, business accounts, carpet cleaning accounts. We also had a detail shop and were cleaning Semi trucks. But as the business grew with over 21 employees, 150 homes, 20 or more businesses, Richard and Michelle realize that the quality of the work for all their customer was not what they expected and wanted. And so, in 2012 Richard and Michelle down sized Fresh Look Cleaning Service to be an Owner operated company so that they could give all their customers the quality of service that is expected and needed. They are insured and bonded and are an accredited member of the BBB.
Richard and Michelle, with 25 years of cleaning experience are still cleaning up in Champaign, Urbana, and Mahomet.

We only take on accounts that we know we can handle so that every job is done correctly. After all these years we have learned that being the biggest is not always the best.
We carry our own cleaning supply's and equipment to handle any job.
